OOOPS. Sorry folks. Maria's screenshot reminded me that I hadn't actually sent these out. Apologies for the delay. It's not as if I've been busy with anything else! Hope everyone is still doing as well on Day 4 of Lockdown as they were when we went around the group to find out how things were going. I wasn't sure if that should come out for the final copy of the notes, but figured if I left it in there was sure to be someone who would send me some advice. I love doing these notes because I feel there's little responsibility to get it right when I can send out a draft and get your corrections/comments etc before the final copy. So please let me know what improvements can be made. Also I wanted to check about the informal zoom tentatively scheduled for Thurs 2 April. Did Sara offer to do the hosting of that? Or will Sander be available again? I think that maybe I should add details into the final copy of the minutes when I send it out. Be safe and unite (you're already always kind) Jan

I was very pleased to see that S&W had covered all window openings on the first floor of the Alva block with building wrap, which means the wooden floors will stay dry! Hello all I'm chairing the Zoom meeting tonight, and Jan has suggested we have one person act as "spotter" for who should speak next. Let me know at the beginning of the meeting tonight if you could help us. Re: Zoom alternatives to colour card Zoom has a few extra icons we can use instead of colour cards. The advantage of the Zoom icons being that we can "put down" or cancel the card Blue Card - Handup Green Card - Green Tick Yellow Card - Go Slow Orange Card - Clap Red Card - Red X to stop. Obviously no longer on site, it will have to be on Zoom. > DCC Heritage Adviser Andrea Farminer organised for member of Heritage NZ Incentive Fund Anne Barsby to lead the meeting. (See info re that fund below) > There will also be reps from Southern Heritage Trust — the organisation we’ve been trying to persuade to take us under their wing. > We also anticipate we will finally get a legal opinion from Heritage NZ about how much of the fence is included in the Covenant (the Registration describes it — to two decimal places— as about 20m long both sides when in fact its more like 50m.) Alva Street road markings

Hi everyone, Alva Street road markings and kerb This is on the agenda for tomorrow evening but I will not be able to bring a useful update. Tim provided a drawing and I contacted Logan at the DCC as Tim thought we needed to get input from them before we took it to contractors for quotes. I had a meeting time with Logan for Tuesday morning this week. That then changed to a telephone conversation but once the Government announced a total shutdown, Logan thought it would not be useful to progress this until things are up and running again. Once we get clearance to begin normal communication again, I shall contact Logan at the DCC again. Frances
