I have just heard from Rory in Property Services that the DCC will be selling their unit. He will come up sometime next week to talk about how that happens. They will be getting an updated market valuation (which will be interesting). I have a list of people who have been to an induction workshop and have expressed recent interest. If you know anyone else who might be interested please let me know.
