[Ucol-shareholders] Draft notes from the meeting attached

Hi folks I've attached tonight's notes as both pdf and word documents. As always your help to get these into final form is appreciated. You'll see that I have not attempted to capture all the detail of the discussion leading to the 4 minutes, because I felt that the minutes are the summary of those discussions. However I'm happy to be corrected on this. If anyone feels that there needs to be more detail added, please write something suitable and send it in to me. I'll try to get a final copy of the notes out to everyone on Monday (or maybe Sunday night) Thanks Jan
