[Ucol-shareholders] New neighbour arriving soon(ish)

Hi all,

I'm excited to be able to let you know that Margaret Charles's son, Eroni will be moving into Unit 15/C2 .

The timing is still dependant on the UCOL settlement date of course but you may see either Margaret and/or Eroni around in the coming weeks.

They will be measuring for drapes and painting etc.

I know you will make Eroni welcome and I'm confident he will be a great fit in the community.
