Thanks to Jan's brilliant work, there wasn't much to do to finish editing v4.1 to become v4.2

The latest changes:

· Insert the Child Protection Policy as an Appendix - with provision for signing that.

· Edited the 'Tamariki' workgroup.

· Edited the Commonhouse and Social Workgroup.

· Moved the section about 'The Group' to the front of the document, as it is the core 'meeting of our minds'.

· I have also responded to Rainer's message at Saturday's meeting and softened some of the headings and text.

· Removed a reference to the Covenant.

· Clarified the difference between the Long Term Maintenance Fund and the Capital Development Fund.

All the changes (recent and earlier) are now highlighted in yellow – these are the areas to be discussed, perhaps edited, and agreed.

Please take time to read the Agreement through, especially the highlighted text.
