Could we add a discussion about gaining access to our units after S & W have handed back the site to the company please?(I am not suggesting early possession, but access to be able to paint, install curtains/blinds, or store possessions until settlement.)
The idea may require legal consideration, or have insurance implications, so could we start getting the proposal underway as I don’t think we should just meekly agree to a ‘its not advisable’ brush off. As I see it, the company owns the building and we shareholders own the company, so we could grant access to ourselves.
Perhaps you could raise it at your Tuesday insurance meeting Anne/Alex/Claire: I imagine insurance will start as soon as the site reverts to Ucol, so we will need to know if early access would affect the terms of the policy.
If it were possible I'm sure it would make things considerably easier for many of us.
