below the quote from Wrens for painting the inside. Its split into trim (incl doors) and walls for each unit. I spoke with Tyler today. Wrens would deal with and invoice each unit holder separately (no nightmare spreadsheet!!!). The quote is for each unit holder choosing 2 to 3 colours. Unit D1 and D2 are probably ready to paint soon… (D1 might be the same as D6, as the configuration has changed to 2 bedroom).

It was discussed at our last site meeting, and S&W was very clear that they didn’t want any other painters on site while they are still building. In other words, If you want to paint yourself or want someone else to paint, you will have to wait till S&W finishes their building contract. Most likely we will have a few weeks between S&W finishing and the settlement for our units.
