Hi Everyone,

Following yesterdays Aotea fire alarm inspection, they have concluded that they need to do more testing.

They are now proposing the following:

"a full sound level survey for tomorrow morning from 11.30 am to 12.30pm."

This test will include measuring sound levels in each bedroom of all units.

They might take longer as there are so many bedrooms...

They will inform the fire brigade that they are doing this.

I will be on site and have the board with the keys at our deck as they need to access all units.

Preliminary findings indicate that they might need to install extra sounders in the C units but might not need to install these devices in the other units. This will be confirmed after tomorrow's test.

Fingers crossed for a smooth final step process.

And make sure you cover your ears if you intend to be on site...
