[Ucol-shareholders] Final inspection update

Hi all,

A quick update on final inspection #1 - for the interior of our units (High St and Alva St units) done on Monday 1 February. Stefan spoke with the inspector and the only two things that are outstanding are:

- Splashbacks for units that have GAS hob - Shower screens for baths and some showers.

So as anticipated, we need to address the above ASAP. Juan and Rainer are organising this. Splashbacks have been ordered and they are in the process of ordering the shower screens.
