One: You will remember the starting point for this was Alex saying we urgently need a group of people to oversee and coordinate the finalising documents related to settlement.
Alex is prepared to convene this group as these are the urgent tasks and coordination and timeliness is paramount.
Within that group we need the following volunteers: A specific person/group to bring legal and financial documents to the group, A specific person to liaise with the surveyor, A specific person to liaise with the DCC.
Additionally we have: Min overseeing the finalising of Body Corporate rules, Warren overseeing the finalising of the Cohousing Membership Agreement, Maria liaising & investigation mortgages, Anne liaising with insurance broker. Please contact Alex (and let me know) if you can volunteer for any of the above
Two: The other, less urgent, tasks are on the amended list attached. Only two have no names alongside them: coordinating move in days/times, and donations/storage of tools etc., for the garden shed.
