As we approach the final stages of the building, we should ensure that we are all ready for settlement at the same time. 

Some of us will need a home loan. 

As we all know, this is not the typical project so the home loan process might not be a typical one. More questions will be asked, etc. 

I am keen to have a smaller group to discuss this further.
