[Ucol-shareholders] re what happens with your preferences

Hi team: just to be absolutely clear, the process is as follows:

I receive your preferences by 5pm Monday 9th.

Then Warren and I will put them all through the Meek system STV calculator ( the most similar to type used in NZ) and arrive at the five names with the most support to form the Conciliation team.

All submitted papers will be destroyed and Warren and I give our undertaking to keep the individual tallies confidential.
