Thanks for your responses. It looks like the cleaners will be there on Thursday during the day... So the best idea would be to move the furniture on Thursday evening (as per Anne's email).
Let's meet at the common house from 5pm onwards to do this.

The carpet layer has done a great job in our main common area and lounge in the common house. Thanks to Frances for organising this. He is now getting ready to finish the job and needs to install the carpet in the meeting room. He can work in the area on Friday 2/April.

So if we want him to do the work, *we need to move the things over the next three days*. Maybe we can do this mid/late afternoon?

Gay: Did you talk with them today? I suspect we would need to do the cleaning in two stage as we move things around? Thoughts?
