Yes I was hoping it was going to be by the 23rd but I just heard today that there was another holdup with the fire alarm system.
Now we need new alarms need to be installed in every unit, (or another change to the documentation,) and that will push out consent again. I have no idea when the electricians can do that, but assuming this week, it looks more like settlement will be pushed into May.
