[Ucol-shareholders] re amended note s from meeting on 8th July

Hi all: see attached. The main changes are in red and are clarifications from the Outreach group as to the intention of the two occasions coming up: the 'Official' opening on Friday 30th and the more informal event for neighbours and friends on the Saturday.

Sara and I are compiling the agenda for this week's meeting. A draft will follow shortly. Items to either of us please.
