I have spoken to Nick Wells at the DCC.
Our 6 yellow and our 14 blues bins will be delivered to the kerbside on Alva St next Wed. They will need to be wheeled in, so if you are around and can do that, many thanks in advance.
Our rubbish day is Tuesday and the contractor has been made aware that there are now 2 street frontages that formerly had no residences and now do, so they are changing their routes accordingly. I won’t be around next Tuesday, but would like to know if there are any problems. If rubbish is not uplifted please also ring the DCC call centre 4774000 to report.
Next week is blue bin day.
I will also be receiving a few cards for recycling rubbish weeks, if anyone wants those. There is also an app, which can used used to find this info out.
