[Ucol-shareholders] Date of official opening

Hi all

I have failed to get organised about the 'official opening' intended for 15 May. I have sent you the list of people who were invited by separate email (I hope)

When we set the date, we imagined we would be settled well before this. But now it seems to be not certain that we will be able to settle by 15th - given that the fire inspector is booked to re-inspect the fire alarm sounders on 7 May, and then there could be another 5 days to the end of the DCC process, and a further 3 days (at least) to settlement.

I think we do need to wait until settlement before we hold an 'official opening'. What do others think?
