I rang the DCC and Stefan.

The council say that we are at day 15 (out of 20) in the Code of compliance process.

Stefan says we are waiting for the fire inspector's report, who is currently on leave until Monday.  So if he gets straight on to it on Monday or Tuesday, we may well have our code of compliance by the 20th.  Which would mean we could aim to finally settle on the 23rd.

Stefan also said that Aotea and Chorus are aiming to be on site to fix the remaining internet and electricity things about Wednesday next week.

Hi all,

Now that the first round of early-movers-in are in place, and we still have not got to settlement,  I should let Chris Hawker know who else wants to move in the coming week or so.

I have Liz 10th, Jacks 14th, Min 16th, SueT maybe 27th (but surely by then we will have settled).

 Anyone else planning to move in during the coming week? Please let me know asap.
