Hi all,

Regarding the notes I sent on insurance, I was wrong to suggest that the common part of the common house would be regarded as "commercial" - in a subsequent email Tina Gillan sent me she referred to it as "non-residential" vs "residential".

I will follow up with the other questions you wanted me to ask.
