I don't recall any motion "We will continue with McMillan and Co for our legal representation" being put to the meeting, either to be carded or voted.
The vote that went to the group was "We choose to engage Helen as our lawyer", which failed to pass.
The common understanding (including my understanding) was that we will stay with McMillan, and that may have been also voiced by various people at the meeting, but technically that was not a minute that we agreed. I don't want to re-open debate on this at all, but we need to be accurate in our minutes.
