The covenant is mentioned in the draft Toiora Agreement for discussion on Sunday.
I’m assuming that the “Renters’ “ document will be added either to the body of the agreement or added as an appendix.

All of these documents are excellent materials. Thank you.
The one thing which is missing, especially from the New purchasers doc is any mention of the covenant on the title. While this would normally be covered by estate agents and then lawyers doing due diligence, I think it would be good to have it up front… It underpins much of the what else we are saying and our other documentation.
