Addition to the Body Corp part of the Agenda
Proposal to use rounded % to split Body Corp fees, so the same type of unit will pay the same fees.
Comparison attached, in PDF and Excel formats.
I will explain the reasoning for doing this at the Meeting. It's do do with tidying up the Fees Schedule in consideration for the likely sale of A2 (the DCC unit)
