Hi, at the body corp rules meeting we raised concerns about the use of owner, occupier and tenant and suggested any place where one was used it should be checked. There wasn’t time for this so we have used a gloomy day to make a start.

The three words are not interchangeable and sometimes having a,  /, or, and also makes a difference. We both felt we could do away with tenant (except for cl. 24 about leasing a unit) as tenants are occupiers.

Also threw in a query about children earning hour-credits in the working bee section.
