I have set up a shared resource in Gather so we can coordinate booking the zoom room.
If you want to use the shared zoom, you can book it at https://toiora.gather.coop/calendars/events/new?origin_page=combined
You can see at https://toiora.gather.coop/calendars/events that the zoom room is booked by the directors on Thursday evening and the Communication group on Friday evening.

Hi all
If people want to use Zoom for any Work Group meetings during the lockdown, they can feel free to use the same old Zoom room as before, as per below. They don't need to let me know. This should work fine as long as we don't have meetings at the same time.
