The remedial work may put us back 2 to 3 month in our time schedule for the new build.

As the first shipment of the SIPs is due in mid Feb and the second in mid March, a temporary shelter (scaffold with shrink wrap?) may be build to store the panels.

Meanwhile there has been a lot of progress in the common house and the common house units may be finished first…!

Hence S&W is now asking for the appliance schedule for the M-units! They may start building the kitchen joinery for these units very soon. Once the appliances have been chosen, it is important to establish the cut-off date for ordering these. Sara might need to talk to F&P and we may need to buy these units earlier.

To clarify, the clearances, ventilation requirements and cut-outs for the cabinets are different for each appliance model.

For further clarification regarding the appliances please ask Sara and/or Tim.
