I have received one further correction to the notes from the meeting, as follows:
" Catherine queried the suggestion that shareholders might be reimbursed their share holding of $5K. She reminded people that early on in the calculations of the project, in order to repay the $5,000 shareholding at the end of the project, it would cost the company approximately $7,500 to do so. At that time we agreed to use the whole shareholding in the build and running of the project in order to lower the cost price, and we would save money. The shareholding is necessary for the company to remain solvent - a requirement of the Company's Act'.
