[Ucol-shareholders] re draft notes from meeting

Hi team: see attached.

It was something of 'a long and winding road' but hopefully, these notes make sense to all those who attended.

Please send me any corrections asap. Times of items will be added after the weekend.

NB: Next meeting is the 'Special Meeting' on thurs 27th June. On Sat 29th, Anne Thompson is hosting a mid winter pot luck at her house from 6pm.

Next 'ordinary business meeting' is Thursday 11th July.
