Attached is a brainstorm list of ideas as to how we can raise funds for seeding an appeal for grant applications to restore our heritage fence.

It is a wide-ranging list and most of the ideas are outside of our usual activities (though I have already culled ideas such as 'sponsored abseiling from tall buildings' and 'limbo competitions' ).

I suggest you read through, reject 90% of them, and come to the next meeting with your top 3 fundraising ideas that you think would work for us. That way, we can quickly focus on the workable options and get down to business.
