I think this is good information for an incoming tenant / boarder.

However, I do have a couple of questions/comments:
1.  In what situation would EV charging not be available to all residents?
I'm sure the EV owners intend to work out a roster so everybody will have access to charging facilities as often as they need.
This would include borders and tenants who have EV's.

2. WRT to this line "If you are living in a cohousing household and decide you would like to become part of the community and share our common facilities".
My daughter does not intend to regularly take part in meetings, working bees, cooking or eating shared meals.
Does this mean she cannot come into the common house?
I feel this is too harsh, and not at all inclusive.
This will be her home as long as she wants it to be, and I don't want her to feel unwelcome.  She will very likely take part in community life on her own terms.  Also, we hope to have the piano in the common house, where she will visit to play it.

We undertook to have our material sent around early this week. Here it is.

You will see we have ended up writing three different drafts; one for potential renters;  one for potential flatmates/boarders; one for potential purchasers.

Please add your 5 bobs worth and get back to us asap as we think it would be good to have printouts available on Sunday.

Best,
