Attached is a document that you are asked to read ahead of time and come along ready to discuss and then decide on this motion: "We agree to the background and proposal in the attached document that establishes guidelines for our Conciliation Team”. 

Please note we will discuss and agree on the process to choose team members at the following meeting, not this on.
