Hi team: apart from some typos, I have received one clarification to the notes from the meeting on 11th March.
I’ve added it into the notes in red but guessing most of you don’t re-read the notes, I’m including it here too.
Ie Sara confirmed that out of 24 range hood units as well as the Common house, seven sets of charcoal filters that are yet to be delivered. Sara has yet to get an ETA for these, as a different department of F & P ( Accessories) deals with this and they are harder to get hold of.
Tim clarified that the function of the charcoal filters is to trap odours when cooking, but the aluminium filters that are included with every range hood are the most important ones to have, as those filters trap grease.
See you all next week. Agenda items for the meeting on thurs 25th can be sent to me anytime.
FYI I am taking the opportunity to add in people’s surnames as a way to test my memory – this feels like early flatting days, when we knew people REALLY well but often didn’t know their last names!
Exciting to see colours appearing in people’s Units and curtains going up!
Regards,
Marianne
