Fantastic work on the agreement doc.

A thoughts from us for the workshop....

Ideally explain the term 'the Group' earlier in the document. Maybe could be an abbreviation after the title Membership of Toiora Cohousing Group (the Group). The explanation in the working group section could be brought up under this section.

'Resident members are to koha time to one or more of the following....' Attending group meetings seems to be a separate responsibility to the other three rather than a koha of time. Consider.....Resident members are to attend group meetings and koha time to ...(points about work groups, working bees and meals)

Caring rules: Not making 'any noise' and 'any odours' may be a tall order! Consider leaving out 'any' in these rules.

Pets. Consider leaving out 'intended and actual', which may lead to complications (lots of people could say they intended to have a pet)

Working bees and regular tasks. Could leave the expectation of one hour a week to induction documents rather than have it here.
Associate membership needs more discussion - maybe it’s too formal a concept

I'm bringing green milk. I presume Liz will bring along her wonderful selection of tea bags, and I have high hopes that someone will provide coffee. With ten interested people expected we're hoping we get a good turnout for lunch.

1.30pm for workshop. Warren has asked that we pre-read the document (attached again here) and ideally bring along a copy. I've printed out a couple of spare copies (so that no one need feel that they need to stay away just because they haven't got a printer) BUT Thurs night I forgot to bring the printed copies of the agenda ... so best not to rely on me if you don't need to :-)

Looking forward to what will be our last induction to be held at the Sustainability Centre.
