[Ucol-shareholders] re correction to meeting notes

Hi all: see below for Rosemarie's statement about the $5K she offered 'to underwrite' work done by Frank Scurr. Her email was sent on 26th July.

" Hi folks

I'd like to clarify Maurice and my offer re our $5000 waiting list deposit. We have offered to underwrite the cost of Frank Scurr doing a section of the fence associated with the memorial in order to cost it.

Not anticipating this will be $5000. We're not that generous!

I don't read this as meaning Rosemarie has donated $5k towards the fence.

If there's an update on this, that can be provided tonight at the meeting.
