[Ucol-shareholders] 23 April notes attached - at least I think these are correct now.

Hey all you cool cats and kittens Attached are what I think are the final notes from the 23 April meeting. However I know that some of you have not read the draft ones because only two people emailed with corrections .... and they weren't the people whose names I had incorrect.

I feel I should probably give you a bit more time to get back to me with corrections (given that in the past it has taken me a week just to get the draft notes to you) but I'm trying to tick off as much as possible from my list so that I can get my American Culture Fix for the next week. So, unless I get a big outcry, here are the final notes from 23 April.
