[Ucol-shareholders] Agenda for tonight's meeting - change of venue.

There is a slight change of venue, the seminar room we normally use is unavailable and we have been offered the staff room in the front of the building instead.  I'm no sure what the staff room is like but it should be fine, and if not we also have another venue we can adjourn to if necessary.
