Juan and I will not be at the meeting as we have school visits/teacher meetings for two schools tonight.

Attached is the July budget update/contingency report from our accountant. 
Other members of the Budget Control can comment on that if necessary. 

A quick snapshot of the report shows that our CONTINGENCY remaining is just over 31K. 
This is taking into account 20K (of the 26K) airtightness tape work done by SW included in Claim 21 (to be discussed tonight).

Since Nicola issued that report, I have approved a further 926,04$ (also DONE without our approval - see info below). 
We also need to add the 6K remaining of the airtightness issue (not included in Claim 21).
Therefore our total contingency remaining would be 25K. 

Following Stefan recommendations, I support the approval of the 26K airtightness work as long as we follow up/investigate the issue. 

Please send us a txt if there are any further questions and if we need to formally approve a minute and we'll do it by email/txt tonight.
