Hi all: I’m glad they’re going to test the sound levels as I have that same system in my building, and frankly, it would wake the dead… ‘ EVACUATE THE BUILDING USING THE NEAREST EXIT’…          its so loud, you can’t think – why we need more is beyond me – but we do want Code of Compliance.

A lot of $$$ and hold up for something I sincerely hope we never have to use.

… so it goes.

Thanks for keeping your hair on Maria!

Subject: [Ucol-shareholders] Aotea on site tomorrow morning for fire alarm issue

Hi all,

We found out yesterday that before we can get Code of Compliance, Aotea still needs to do something else related to the fire alarm system....

Unfortunately, this means going back to the units to install some hardware...

The PCG has been notified and we are discussing the costs associated with this...

The first step in this process is for them to access some of the units to assess the situation.

Aotea will be on site tomorrow from 8am onwards and will need to access a few units including:

one C unit, one D unit and one H unit (maybe also an A unit, not sure).

They also said, they would like to set off the alarm at approx. 10am for 2-3 minutes to test sound levels in the 3rd floor rooms.

I need to know which unit  (C and H) I can give them access to.

Please confirm by replying to this email.

We'll give them access to D5 and if they need to access an A unit, they can enter the DCC unit...

Thanks,
