[Ucol-shareholders] re draft notes from meeting 22nd July 21

Morena all: here are the draft notes from last nights meeting. I've not checked the figures with the sleeping partner so some details may not be correct but I wanted to send these out promptly given the frustration for those who were trying to Zoom in last night, so they have some idea of what went on!

As usual, corrections /clarifications to me, preferably sooner than lateer.
