I would like to add an item to the agenda:

Set up an interim admin group. I have proposed that membership consist of myself, Gay, Frances, Catherine, Maria, Anne, Min and Warren. This membership would change as jobs are completed and according to need.

The task(s) would be to make sure all the paperwork is in place for settlement and moving in, e.g.:

Body Corp rules

Membership agreement

Insurance

Set up BC bank account

Set up BC Owners register

liaison with Lawyer at settlement

liaison with Surveyor

contact point for any further issues for purchasers banks and lawyers

liaison with DCC

Arrange first BC meeting, within 6 months of settlement

So much fun!

Please note this week's meeting will be held at The Sustainability Centre, University of Otago because NumberWorks is running a holiday course late into the evening this week. Sander has kindly booked for the next 5 Thursdays (just in case).
