We had a site meeting today.

Final Inspection is underway (we don't have news about outcome yet) and Practical Completion will be discussed with Directors today.

An update will be provided when we have news about both things. 

We have agreed that we can allow individuals to visit their units tomorrow for an inspection. 

We need to be aware that there are still some things that need to be corrected (from the Defects Inspection) but most things have been addressed. 

The inspection will allow people to view their units. 

The idea is for people to go through their unit and confirm that they are happy with the overall: number of bedrooms, windows, selection/colours of the carpet/floor/paint (if any), benchtop, etc.

Layouts should match what was presented in the plans when we signed the sales and purchase agreement. 

 

Please note: Tim is responsible for the defects inspection (not individuals).

We are NOT adding things to the list that Tim supplied on behalf of the client. 

Tim, Rainer and I will be on-site tomorrow SATURDAY 6 of March from 2pm to 5:30pm.

We will have 20 minutes for each individual to inspect their unit.  

Tim will show: A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, H1.

Rainer with show: D6, C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6.

Maria will show: H2, H3, D1, D2, D3, D4, D5.

The M units will be able to be inspected the following weekend. 

Dennis, I can show you your unit o a WhatsApp teleconference or similar. Please confirm.

DCC unit, I don't think we need to show this unit at this stage (?). Directors, please confirm.
