For now until we decide to do something different, I have programmed the door to the common area to be unlocked from 8am to 10pm, and locked at night.
There are 3 methods to unlock it:
- a smartphone app
- a bee card (bus card), paywave card, or fob
- pin number code.
To register for the phone app, go to https://www.e-lok.com/, download the app from playstore or app store.
When you open the app, you need to click "register" on the right, and run through the registration using your phone number or email address. They will send you a code to complete registration.
Once you are registered, email Jess or I who can add you to the two locks.
Once you have registered in the app, you can find your username by going into the hamburger menu:hamburger menu
Then your username is listed, either your phone number or email address This is what Jess or I need to link your phone to the locks:

Once you are linked, you will see the main door and street door in the app. click that to go to the big unlock button:

you have to be next to the door to unlock it, you can't unlock it remotely.

If you want to register a card, we need to do it while standing at each door. Jess and I can do it. Jess is available from tomorrow, I could do some tonight before 7pm.
I prefer not to email the pin code but I'll tell you next time I see you or find someone who knows it.
