Catherine’s right: on Monday 13 May, Min and I agreed to move it to Sunday instead, given the Room’s availability.
I sent out an email that same day, copied below. From Anne’s and Sara’s comments, it seems as if it had not arrived. I’m not sure if this is related to the operation
of our common email list. If it is, Alex, can we prevent these issues in the future – perhaps simply using separate addresses might prevent this confusion?
Given the short notice, and that 15 people have already signed up, we should stick with Sunday 3pm. This would be in the Seminar Room, unless anyone raises their
hand with a more informal space available.

I’ve booked the Seminar Room for the planned induction workshop and the recurring ‘rules, dreams, and expectations’ workshops, pretty much as planned.
The only exception is in May: since the room is unavailable on Saturday 25 May, Min and I booked it for
Sunday 26 May (3-5pm + potluck after).

I think we changed to Sunday because the Centre for Sust. room was not available. Do we want to want to change it back to Saturday and have it at Anne’s given the desire for a more informal meeting? Or is it too late now for a diary change?
