Hi all

Not much to report today. Building is coming along nicely. 

The cladding has been decided, as all alternative options that Tim explored were to expensive. We will have the painted ship lap look plasterboard that we decided on last Christmas. 

As we were leaving today, they were pouring the concrete footing at the end of the Alva Street block!

We talked to Bill the foreman and thought we might have a group site visit sometime next month. We will talk about it at our first UCOL meeting in July.
