Hi all

A very short site meeting today, mainly because everything seems to run smoothly! Still lots of workers on site. 

Alva Street: the last gable, and in fact the last SIP is up!

High Street: the first units are being lined inside! The first 4 units have an undercoat on the outside, and in fact the first brush stokes of the topcoat were applied this morning. The scaffolding for the first 4 units is expected to come down mid March. 

Stefan told me after the meeting that he is very happy with the progress, especially since the programme on the much bigger more complex high street block is well advanced. 

Working bee to clear vegetation at the back of the common house is booked in for Saturday 29th.
