Dear all,
I hope someone took some better notes, but in the interim, some of the things the admin group talked about:
* Access to units for painting and finishing is likely to be from Saturday 13th, as long as the insurance is in place. To be confirmed on Friday. * We also talked about being able to start work on the gardens/outsides on Saturday 13th. * People will be required to sign some paperwork to access the units, and sign in and out when doing work on the units. Access will be available on Saturday and Sunday, then by arrangement. (Anne to bring health and safety items to Thursday meeting. Incident book?) * We are discussed and are suggesting Frances and Gay to take on interim responsibility for the Body Corporate. * We discussed opening a Body Corporate bank account. * We talked about a process to refund some of our UCOL shareholding, and using it to pay a body corporate levy for the initial insurance bill, this is to be discussed with Nicola, our accountant. * We will approach Stefan to find out when CCC will be applied for. * Early settlement will be possible if we (and our lawyers) all agree. E.g. perhaps 3 days after CCC is granted. * Titles are expected this week. * We also discussed electricity, security and internet connection.
Thanks, Alex

Hi all,
Just a quick update on the project status as I understand that a few people are wondering when they can have access to finish their units.
Friday was SWs last day on site, they have removed all their belongings, etc. This week, there are still a few contractors doing some work on site and Tim is doing the second defects inspection (common areas and M units). Paperwork for *Practical Completion* is underway (Stefan and SW are sorting out things). Once Practical Completion Certificate is issued, we need our own body corp insurance to take place. Once that is done, SW have a few weeks to address the defects list, so they will be going back to fix/adjust things in the list. But the site will be under our management, they will have access to do the work but it is our responsibility to have insurance in place.
Final Inspection went well on Friday with paperwork being sorted to apply for *Code of Compliance* soon.
Tomorrow the ADMI group will meet at 5:45 at the common house to plan our steps forward. After our meeting we will be reporting to the group on steps and dates planned for individuals to organise painters, wardrobes, curtains, etc.
Thanks, Maria
