Hi all

Maria and I met Stephen on site. It turns out the main reason for his Dunedin visit was to get a feel for the progress on our site. Two trucks were delivering the last shipment of the Sips and they were hoisted directly onto the top floors.

He then asked how many workers are usually on site, as there were only a hand full in sight. I said, many would probably be in the common house (Maria was hoping I was right..). So we had a look and presto, two M-units were buzzing with workmen. 

He also asked what our questions were and was happy to hear that we would be back in touch after our meeting with our lawyers which is scheduled for Tuesday.

Stephen left very satisfied after the 3/4 hour visit and gave us a big wave as he headed off. He thinks he will be back in October.
