[Ucol-shareholders] Draft notes from 4 Feb (and corrected notes from 28 January)

Hi folks I'm very happy to have any additions/deletions/changes sent to me for the attached notes from Thursday's meeting.

In addition I've attached the notes from the previous week, which I had sent out as final, but it was pointed out to me on Thursday that I'd inadvertently put the wrong heading at the top. So here they are, final notes, with the content still unchanged from the previous version, but this time it has a heading Notes rather than "draft agenda".
