Sorry for not giving you these to you earlier. Here's what I got from our architect:

"All units have a 675 wide space for the fridge assuming a 635mm wide model. Height of fridge space is 1740mm"

We'll have the need to order both left and right hand opening doors, as adjacent unit layouts mirror one another.
