(I thought the literal translation "be well" would make this the most suitable greeting right now)

Attached are the notes from our last meeting.  We agreed to have another one at NumberWorks'nWords, 90 Crawford St, on 26 March, starting 30 mins earlier than usual to allow ourselves to have a supper break where we can share food and hear from Rosemary and Maurice about their building plans.  

At the moment Gay and I are planning for this to go ahead as agreed.  Rather than "bring a plate" Gay and I will provide a small supper, cups enough for everyone to have a drink.  If you're happy with a choice of instant coffee, milo or tea, then you'll be happy because that is already available at NumberWorks..  If you're not happy without real coffee, the please bring along apparatus to make yourself happy.  

Since Gay and I will be chairing and notetaking respectively, we'll need a volunteer to jump up 5 mins before 8,.30pm scheduled supper to get water boiling.  Ideally they will be skilled at making coffee s that everyone is kept happy.  I'm sure we can sort anything else out on the night.  

Hoping to see everyone on Thursday.  The rule is no hugs or handshakes, but plenty of smiles and support.
