The question came up of how to deal with deliveries to the common house. The suggestions were:

Tell the couriers a door code for deliveries. They would be able to unlock the door as needed. This code can be changed as needed if it gets abused.
Put the lock on the inner doors instead of the outside doors on the main entrance facing the common green. This would mean the vestibule is always open and deliveries go there.

We will also ask the installer, but the first option seem like the best one in my opinion. If anyone has another suggestion let us know by tomorrow morning.
